When in an FX do…

Yesterday, a wild thing happened while i was riding an fx going home. It started pretty much the same, the shuttle was packed over its capacity, and the driver was going places far from its normal route to evade the authorities, cause they are colorum transportation. The trafic was moderate for that time and the aircon of the shuttle was tolerable.i was sitting at the back of the shuttle so the aircon doesnt reach us that cold anymore, but was tolerable. then as we were approaching our exit in southwoods, things got pretty hot were i was, being at the back and cramped with 3 other men. i didnt want to ask the driver to crank up the aircon cause i assumed that it was already maxed out (almost ALL colorum shuttles are like this, based from experience) so i just asked the person on my left to open the window next to him. he did what i ask him and thanked him.remember that we are already in our exit as of that event. i didnt saw that he placed his elbow so that on the outside, his elbows were sticking out the window. Then the driver started to talk to the guy to not do the elbow thing cause he might get hurt..the man maybe didnot heard him so the driver did it agen, then stoped and ask him again, now in a more stern voice. so the man reacted..saying that “huwag mo akong gawing tanga…” then the driver said something else..then for about 10 minutes they are talking.remember that we are at the back, so the conversation was loud. then out of frustration, the driver stoped, then ask for the guy to step out of the vehicle. by that time i was in shocked cause all that comotion happend cause i ask him to open the window. then they argued some more, with the driver accusing the man that he opened the window while we were in the south super highway, to which the man then pointed to me to back him up to say that he opened the window not while on the express way, but when we are in the tollgate of southwoods. the man then said that good thing that we patronize them even if they were colorums, even if they cram people in the shuttele(16 passengers in a 11 passenger capacity shuttle) and even if they took longer routes just to evade the police. then the man took off. funny thing with pinoys, after a commotion/scene takes place, we then talk about the same thing in a chismis voice (whispering like people dont hear what they are whispering) talks about the viewof the man and the driver..and this people are the old women, who goes to church, looks like educated people with high paying jobs. and here you see them act like bums who gossips for a living.. the moral of this story..always ask the driver to crank up the aircon even if you know that it is already high or that the driver will act like a jerk if you do..so things like this wont happen again.
